How do I arrange for pickup of my order?
We will contact you via text message at the phone number you provided during your order to arrange a convenient pickup time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, and Cash App. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery. Delivery distance is calculated from 507 Fremont Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057. Orders over $100 are eligible for free delivery within 3 miles. Delivery times are generally limited to weekends.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We kindly ask that customers check their order at the time of pickup or delivery to ensure it is complete and accurate.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss a replacement option, if available, before finalizing your order.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup or delivery?
Approximately thirty minutes prior to the agreed-upon pickup or delivery time, we will contact you to ensure a smooth transaction.

What if I am unavailable for my scheduled pickup or delivery?

If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time, we will send you a text message to reschedule your pickup or delivery. We are unable to leave orders at the delivery location without direct customer contact.

We are located in East Syracuse, New York, United States. Online orders are available for physical pickup at 507 Fremont Rd, East Syracuse.
